Wednesday, January 11th: 1400 calories consumed (fiber one and milk in the morning; green beans curry, masala corn, turkey breast, and greek yogurt for lunch; string cheese and veggie omelet for dinner; 3 nestle dibs for a small dessert); played about an hour of squash today. 1400 calories consumed - 1990 basal rate - 600 burned = - 1190 calories.
